Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage our VVIP clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and a seamless experience at every stage of their journey. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and exceptional communication skills to deliver world-class client support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct client meetings via Zoom, including Pre–Deep Dive and Deep Dive sessions.
2. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business to help our team design a customized prototype tailored to their needs.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients — addressing questions, concerns, and providing continuous support.
4. Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.

Non-Negotiables:
1. Must speak confidently and professionally on camera and during client calls.
2. Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
