Creative Graphic Designer (Part-Time - Canva & AI Tools)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing engaging carousel posts for social media platforms and proficiency in AI-powered image generation tools to create visually captivating content that captures the attention of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
Design approximately 8 high-quality carousel posts daily for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
Create visually compelling graphics using Canva that align with brand guidelines and current design trends
Generate and enhance images using AI tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Sora, or similar platforms
Stay up to date on viral design trends on social media platforms and incorporate them into carousel content
Incorporate copy into designs in an attractive and visually appealing way that enhances readability and engagement
Ensure all designs are optimized for social media performance and audience engagement
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met and all deliverables are completed to the highest standard

Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing carousel/multi-slide social media content
Expert proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
Strong experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Sora, DALL-E, or similar platforms
Profound knowledge of viral design trends on social media platforms
Ability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week
Ability to handle attention to small/urgent tasks on Saturday IF they were unable to be completed during the week
A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and visual details
Great team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently with limited resources
