Transcriptionist and Lesson Plan Writer -- EXCELLENT WRITTEN ENGLISH -- A MUST

I am a teacher in Japan, and I am in the process of launching a business. Presently, I need to free up more time for the business that I am starting. The biggest time drain is Lesson Planning, materials, and managing all of my documentation.
I am looking for someone to start on a part-time basis at $100 per MONTH, and if it’s working, my plan would be to double that to $200 fairly soon afterwards. And if the relationship is still working, and if the work you are doing is allowing me to bring in more income, we would double your salary again to $400.
Other skills sets -- like SEO, Social Media Marketing, and video editing skills -- are a plus, but the most vital skill that we are looking for is English writing ability and some familiarity with teaching, schools, and education.
STARTING RATE: US$100 per MONTH
TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK: 10
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: TRANSCRIBING VOICE NOTES AND COMPOSING LESSON PLANS UNDER MY DIRECTION. WHERE POSSIBLE, PREPARING MATERIALS FOR THOSE LESSONS.
REGULAR 30-MINUTE SKYPE MEETINGS WITH ME, FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 30-MINUTE SKYPE MEETING WITH MY SECRETARY. 1-3 times per week.
DURING WORKING HOURS, YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO RESPOND PROMPTLY TO TEXT MESSAGES.
