We’re looking for a high-performance video editor to join our creative team and help us scale ad production across our direct-to-consumer brands. You’ll be editing mostly video sales letters (VSLs) for one of our brands.
- Proven experience editing high-performing DTC ads or VSLs
- Deep understanding of hooks, retention, and performance storytelling
- Expert CapCut skills and fast learning ability
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
- Comfortable with ClickUp + Google Drive workflow

Send us a google drive link with hundreds of folders full of crap, we want to see VSL or long form video ads you have made for eCommerce brands. If we click a link and we can't immediately see this, we will close your application and move on.
The role will also offer performance incentives for winning ads, so the more winning ads you produce the more you will earn on top of your hourly rate. We are looking to bring someone on board for a trial period and if you are a good fit we will expand the role to 40 hours a week full time.
We are looking for someone with proven experience making VSLs for eCommerce brands ideally within the health and wellness niche and experience with CapCut as the primary software for editing.
