Virtual Assistant (w/ eCommerce experience)

**We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (VA) – eCommerce & Admin Support**

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join her growing online retail business!

If you’re someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys writing engaging product listings, and has experience with online selling platforms like eBay, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:
-You’ll be supporting the client with day-to-day operations, helping to keep product listings updated and assisting with admin and bookkeeping tasks.
-This role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, adaptable, and takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Keep product listings up to date across multiple platforms (Company Website, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree)
-Write and edit listings to make them engaging and accurate
-Assist with basic bookkeeping or transaction-related tasks
-Apply basic SEO knowledge to improve website visibility
-Help with ad hoc admin tasks such as research, responding to emails, and data entry

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
-Experience with eBay (and ideally other selling platforms)
-Good written English and communication skills
-Basic SEO understanding (training and guidance will be provided)
-Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work Details
-Start time: 7:00am local time (to align with 10:00a ---------- lbourne time)
-Hours: Up to 30–35 hours per week to start, potentially if there is sufficient work, may have a full-time role instead
-Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
-Pay: Market rate, around $15 AUD/9 USD hour, with flexibility depending on experience (especially with eBay or SEO skills)
