We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who not only has a strong design portfolio but also understands the healthcare and nursing industry. This role focuses on creating Instagram content and developing visual assets for educational materials.

Job Overview

As a Graphic Designer on our team, you will:

Design Instagram posts, reels, stories, and ads tailored to nursing and healthcare audiences.
Create original, visually appealing graphics for both digital and print educational materials.
Ensure content is clear, professional, and accurate for healthcare professionals.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and content team to translate concepts into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Design graphics for educational resources, promotional materials, and campaigns.
Use design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Incorporate nursing knowledge to ensure content accuracy, especially for medical infographics, charts, and educational posts.
Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative strategies for social media engagement.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with social media content creation.
Strong portfolio of Instagram or social media work.
Background or experience in nursing, healthcare, or medical education preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
Knowledge of social media trends and Instagram best practices.
Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

Nice-to-Have
Experience with motion graphics, short-form video, or reels creation.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance guidelines for social media content.
Understanding of educational design principles for student engagement.
