About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building things from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to create powerful internal tools and client-facing applications.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to turn ideas into well-defined, executable projects.
Design, build, and deploy new systems, features, and applications from scratch.
Ship internal and client-facing features with an eye toward scalability and performance.
Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve reliability, documentation, and overall system health.
Identify repeatable patterns and evolve them into reusable, productized capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

We need an adaptable developer who loves solving complex problems and building end-to-end systems.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Familiarity with modern web fundamentals (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, etc.)
Strong grasp of security best practices and core cryptographic principles
Ability to translate vague requirements into clear technical deliverables
Excellent problem-solving skills and product sense

Preferred Experience (3+ Years Highly Preferred)

Frontend: React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and UI/UX best practices
Database: Postgres/SQL, Prisma, or Drizzle ORM
Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, Docker, IaC (Pulumi or SST), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, monorepos, observability tools
Compliance & Security: Experience handling sensitive data, authentication/authorization (AuthN/AuthZ), or HIPAA-compliant systems (Preferred but not required)

Bonus Skills:
Reverse engineering and web scraping
ETL pipeline development
Machine Learning (LLMs, PyTorch, scikit-learn, fine-tuning models)
Browser extension development
