About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on outbound cold calling (90%), with some light administrative tasks. You’ll be provided with quality leads and the tools needed to set appointments for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided)
Engage prospects with a confident and professional tone
Set appointments and record call outcomes accurately
Perform light administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Maintain daily activity and performance reports

Requirements:
Proven cold calling
Excellent English communication skills (clear and pleasant voice)
Confident and friendly phone manner
Reliable internet connection and headset
Ability to work independently and meet targets
