We’re looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and confident Media Experience Advisor to join our growing remote team. This is not a cold-calling role — you’ll only handle scheduled consultation calls with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services.

???? Job Overview

As a Media Experience Advisor, you will be the bridge between our creative team and potential clients. You’ll guide couples through the booking process, help them select the best photo/video package for their wedding, and ensure they feel confident and excited about choosing our studio.

???? Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-scheduled consultation calls (no cold calls or random outreach).

Build rapport and trust with clients while understanding their wedding vision.

Present service options and pricing in a clear, confident, and friendly manner.

Follow up with leads and close bookings in a consultative, non-pushy style.

Keep accurate notes and client information in CRM or tracking spreadsheets.

Work closely with the production team to hand off new clients smoothly.

Consistently deliver warm, professional customer service with a smile.

???? Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Friendly, bubbly, and confident personality — people enjoy talking to you.

Previous experience in sales, client relations, or customer service.

Wedding industry experience a plus (photography, coordination, or planning).

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to close deals.

Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace.

Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
