JOB OVERVIEW

The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold and warm leads, speaking confidently and professionally on the phone, and qualifying prospects for further follow-up by licensed agents. You will use prepared scripts, objection-handling techniques, and CRM tools to generate appointments for both buyer and seller consultations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales Agent in a real estate setting (residential and/or commercial)
Comfortable speaking to strangers and handling basic objections confidently
Fluent, clear English with a friendly, professional phone voice
Proven ability to follow scripts, track performance, and meet KPIs
Working knowledge of Do Not Call (DNC) list compliance and ethical calling practices
Familiar with CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss/kvCore), spreadsheets
Ability to work independently and stay accountable to daily/weekly targets
Quiet working environment and strong internet connection

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads (expired listings, FSBOs, web registrations, etc.)
Use team-provided scripts to ask qualifying questions and schedule appointments
Handle minor objections with confidence
Accurately log conversations and outcomes into the CRM (Follow Up Boss or KVCORE etc)
Transfer qualified leads to the agent team in real time
Follow up with older leads as part of ongoing nurture campaigns
Meet weekly targets for dials, conversations, and appointments set
