Canva Designer for Meta Ads for Digital Agency

We are a small digital marketing agency focused on high-quality Meta campaigns and creative content. We’re looking for a reliable Canva Designer who can quickly take a brief and turn it into engaging ad creatives. We need someone who can work efficiently, iterate fast, and provide multiple variations for testing. We work with tourism clients, lead generation and ecommerce.

What We Need:

Take a concept or brief and quickly provide a few initial designs.
Deliver a dozen variations for ad testing and keeping creatives fresh.
Follow brand guidelines while adding a creative touch.
Communicate via Slack during our work hours for quick feedback and revisions.
Turn around updated graphics within 4-6 hours after feedback.
(Bonus) If experienced, create simple video edits in Canva.

Who We're Looking For:

Must work in Perth time zone (AWST) and be available for feedback.
Excellent Canva design skills with a portfolio of past work.
Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback.
Reliable and consistent – we need someone who can take on work each month.
(Preferred) Basic video editing skills in Canva.

Payment & Expectations:

Happy to do hourly contracts after a trial period.
