???? Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.
You’ll work directly with our Cold Caller and Senior VA to help manage leads, follow up with cash buyers and sellers, and keep our REsimpli CRM organized and up to date.
This is a starter position with room for advancement to Hybrid or Acquisitions VA roles.

???? Responsibilities
• Assist Cold Caller VA with daily lead logging and updates in REsimpli CRM
• Conduct follow-ups with cash buyers and sellers via text, email, or calls
• Tag, organize, and track leads by market (Atlanta & St. Louis)
• Support buyer list building and market research tasks
• Manage data entry, skip tracing, and Excel reports
• Summarize daily progress and submit status reports

???? Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Basic knowledge of real estate or CRM systems (preferred but not required)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions precisely
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

This is a training position with promotion potential in 60–90 days.
Top performers advance to Hybrid VA (Lead Manager & Buyer Relations) or Acquisitions VA (Seller Negotiations) positions.
