Instagram Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage our Instagram account and turn targeted outreach into real sales leads through consistent engagement and direct messaging.

We sell and market the newest supplement to the muscle builiding community including Body builders, health enthusiasts etc...

Responsibilities

Identify and research relevant Instagram accounts, including:

- Bodybuilding competitions

- Fitness influencers

- SPAs and health & wellness businesses

- Personal trainers and coaches

- Gym owners

All other sport related categories


Follow and engage authentically with targeted followers

Send pre-scripted direct messages (DMs) to introduce our peptide products and generate interest

Track daily activity, leads, responses, and results

Optimize outreach strategies based on performance

This role will start part-time ( 2-4 hours per day) to evaluate lead quality and results.
With proven performance, it can grow into a full-time position managing multiple accounts and campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience using Instagram for B2C or B2B lead generation and sales

Strong ability to identify relevant audiences and build engagement quickly

Excellent written English and understanding of online brand communication

Comfortable using Instagram tools (DMs, analytics, filters, automation tools, etc.)

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
