Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Podcast & Social Media Outreach

We run a podcast called the Unattainable Show that dives into dating, relationships, manifestation, mental health, and LA life.
We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join the team long-term.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
-Instagram Outreach: Send DMs to potential podcast guests and manage follow-ups
-Social Media Management: Help manage posts, stories, and engagement across multiple accounts
-Podcast Guest Research: Find and organize potential guests who fit our show’s topics
-Inbox Management: Keep communication organized and respond to messages promptly
-General Admin Tasks: Support with scheduling, document organization, and other small tasks

COMPENSATION
-Starting Salary: ?24,000 PHP / month
-Raise: Increases to ?30,000 PHP / month after 3 months (based on reliability and performance)
-Hours: 25 hours per week
-Schedule: 8AM–1PM Philippines Time
-Position Type: Full-time: please do not apply if you have another job. I’m looking for someone fully dedicated to this role.

REQUIREMENTS
-Strong work ethic and consistent reliability
-Good written and spoken English
-Experience using Instagram (DMs, posts, stories)
-Comfortable with Chat GPT for crafting responses
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (like Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
