Documentary-Style Video Editor for YouTube (Football & Politics

We're looking for an experienced documentary video editor to create 4-5 high-quality videos per week (10-30 minutes each) covering football analysis (especially Arsenal FC) and political topics. You'll work with narrated scripts and create engaging, story-driven.

What You'll Be Editing:

You will edit football documentaries analyzing players, tactics, transfers, and club news. You will also edit political and current affairs documentaries. The style should be a mix of fast-paced storytelling with strategic b-roll placement. All videos need clean, professional edits with smooth transitions, color grading, and motion graphics where appropriate.

Requirements:

You must have a portfolio showing BOTH football/sports AND political documentary experience. The more experience you have in both areas, the better your chances. You need to share at least 2 football videos and 2 political videos you've edited. You must have strong understanding of YouTube pacing and viewer retention strategies. You should have experience with storytelling through b-roll, music selection, and sound design. You need to be proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. You must be able to source relevant footage/images or work with provided material.

You need to have fast turnaround capabilities and be able to deliver quality edits quickly and consistently. Strong English communication is required.
