About the Role

We’re seeking a Video Director who can transform a written script into a visually powerful story. Your role is to take the “letters on the page” and shape them into dynamic video experiences that capture attention, communicate clearly, and move people to action.

Think of this as putting your creative director’s eye into every frame — interpreting tone, rhythm, and emotion from the script, then d ---------- how visuals, motion, and pacing bring it to life.

What You’ll Do:
- Translate scripts into strong visual directions (storyboards, moodboards, references).
- Define the look, feel, and flow of each video: composition, color, rhythm, and imagery.
- Choose the right visual elements — stock footage, animation, typography, transitions, graphics — to express the script’s intent.
- Direct and collaborate with editors, designers, and other creatives to assemble final pieces.
- Ensure the final video balances storytelling, brand consistency, and audience impact.
- Stay current with visual trends in advertising, digital content, and social platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
- Portfolio/reel showing projects where you’ve turned scripts into compelling videos.
- Strong creative vision: ability to see visuals in the words and bring them out.
- Solid technical understanding of editing, effects, and production workflows (Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
- Ability to communicate concepts clearly and direct others in execution.
- Creative leadership under deadlines — balancing originality with efficiency.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in direct-response or performance-driven video ads.
- Familiarity with social-first formats (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
- Comfort working across both cinematic storytelling and fast-paced ad content.
