Job Description:
Napiii Holdings is a U.S.-based investment firm acquiring small to mid-sized service, distribution, and light manufacturing businesses in the northeastern part of the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and contact business owners who may be open to selling their companies.

This role will start as part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify off-market businesses that meet Napiii Holdings’ acquisition criteria using Google, LinkedIn, industry databases, and online directories.
- Collect and verify accurate contact information (owner name, email, phone, website, LinkedIn).
- Organize leads by industry, location, and business type in Google Sheets or Airtable.
- Craft and send professional outreach messages using provided templates.
- Follow up with business owners who respond and schedule introductory calls with the Acquisition Lead.
- Build and maintain a database of U.S. business brokers, including contact details and active listings.
- Monitor online marketplaces (BizBuySell, BizQuest, Axial, LoopNet, etc.) for new opportunities that match our criteria.
- Summarize key business details from listings (industry, location, size, asking price, years in business).
- Perform light background research on business owners or companies before calls.
- Maintain detailed notes and deal status updates in a tracking system.
- Provide concise weekly progress reports summarizing new leads generated, conversations scheduled, and notable opportunities or trends discovered.
- Support ad-hoc research projects related to industries, competitors, or regional business data.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong research and data organization skills.
- Experience with lead generation, virtual assistance, or sales outreach.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, and LinkedIn.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes.
- (Preferred) Prior experience finding or contacting U.S.-based business owners.
