JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building a high-performance creative engine for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer skincare brand that blends science, luxury, and storytelling. We’re looking for a hybrid Creative Strategist + Copywriter who can think strategically like a marketer and write emotionally like a storyteller.

You’ll work directly with the founder and UGC creator team to concept, script, and optimize winning ad creatives that drive conversion across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

What you’ll do:

- Research competitors, trends, and hooks within the beauty/skincare DTC space.
- Create a creative roadmap each week: concepts, ad angles, and storytelling hooks.
- Write ad scripts, UGC creator briefs, landing page copy, advertorials, listicles, and image ad captions.
- Review performance data to identify what’s working and adjust creative strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with the video editor and UGC manager to bring concepts to life fast.

Ideal candidate:

- Experience writing for performance creatives or DTC brands (beauty, skincare, wellness preferred).
- Strong grasp of conversion psychology and the Meta/TikTok ad ecosystem.
- Can transform product features into benefit-driven, emotionally resonant copy.
- Obsessed with scroll-stopping hooks, customer insights, and storytelling.
- Fluent in English with a natural, conversational tone.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced testing environment — think creativity meets data.

Bonus points if you:

- Have experience with AI-assisted content generation tools (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Arcads, Creatify AI, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.)
- Have worked with high-spending DTC brands or agencies.

Commitment:
Full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term engagement.
You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team where your creative ideas will directly impact millions of ad views each month.
