Senior Full-Stack Developer | Next.js + Supabase + Docker

Description:
We’re hiring a senior full-stack engineer who thrives on autonomy, clean code, and building modern web applications from scratch.

You’ll work on challenging projects that involve Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, and Docker, with full ownership from design to deployment.

Your Role:

- Architect and develop full-stack web apps using Next.js and/or Node.js
- Build REST APIs and backend services with Supabase or PostgreSQL
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested JavaScript or TypeScript code
- Deploy and manage serverless apps on DigitalOcean, Vercel, Render or similar
- Collaborate via GitHub or GitLab and participate in code reviews
- Work directly with the CTO and senior devs on scalable, secure solutions

What you MUST have

- 5+ years of React and Node.js development experience
- 2-3 years of experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, APIs)
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- 3 years && Strong background in SQL (Supabase *preferred* or PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and deployment pipelines
- Excellent English communication and documentation habits
- ** Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently **
- Familiarity with testing frameworks

We would love it if you had:

- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in performance optimization and security best practices
- Experience with paid media solutions (Google Ads, Facebook ---------- , etc)

Setup & Schedule (IMPORTANT):

- Remote, full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time)
- Must use company VPN during work hours (non-negotiable)
- Stable high-speed internet and backup connection required
- Your own hardware
- Candidates with a backup internet connection will take priority

How it works:

0-30 Days: Onboarding and introduction to the code base and stack, where you will start working on projects collaboratively with the CTO and Senior Developers. The focus will be on the stack, integrations, and industry.

31-60 Days: Shifting to working independently on small projects, continued work on collaborative or pair programming, with an introduction of deployment stack, CloudFlare, DigitalOcean, Supabase administration, and API design.

61-90 Days: You will start running small projects yourself, taking a larger role in mentoring junior developers with the skills you already possess, and start making higher level design decisions.

90 days: Permanent job offer, and YOUR FUTURE :)
