Social Media Manager — AI Content & Automation Accounts (Full-Time Potential)

Our team manages multiple accounts across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — posting daily content designed to reach millions of viewers and drive sales for digital products and services.

We’re now hiring a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day posting operations, guide virtual assistants (VAs), and help scale multiple content accounts.

This position starts as part-time but has full-time potential within 30–60 days based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily uploads across 5–15 TikTok/IG/YT accounts (AI & business niches).

Manage, train, and communicate with a team of remote VAs posting 100+ videos weekly.

Track analytics and engagement data — identify viral patterns and double down on winning content.

Ensure each account follows the posting SOP (VPN setup, scheduling, captions, and bio optimization).

Help write captions, test hashtags, and adjust posting times for maximum reach.

Work directly with the founder to scale from 10 accounts ? 50+ active channels.

You’re a Fit If You

Have experience managing multiple social media accounts or teams.

Understand TikTok/IG/Shorts algorithm basics (retention, posting velocity, and engagement).

Can coordinate and motivate a small remote team.

Communicate clearly and stay accountable — daily reporting and updates are mandatory.

Are detail-oriented (you catch small errors in captions, uploads, and analytics).

Love testing and learning — we move fast and break things to find what works.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience with SMM management, UGC or automation networks.

Knowledge of AI tools, content scheduling, or analytics dashboards.

Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editing apps).

Fluent in English with strong written communication.

Schedule & Compensation

Start: Immediate (7-day paid trial ? part-time ? full-time promotion).

Time commitment: ~2–3 hrs/day during trial; full-time = 6–8 hrs/day.

Pay: ? $400–$600/month part-time ? up to $1,500/month full-time depending on performance & management responsibilities.

Bonuses for viral growth & milestone view counts (e.g., +$300 bonus for 1M-view accounts).
