Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Team Manager (LDR Team Manager) to lead, coach, and scale our remote Lead Development Representative (LDR) team. This leader will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity, improving lead quality, and ensuring our sales pipeline consistently supports MedPro’s aggressive growth goals.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, hands-on leader with a proven track record in outbound lead generation, performance management, and process optimization—particularly within a fast-paced BPO or inside sales environment.
You will manage a team of high-performing LDRs who connect with healthcare providers, identify business opportunities, and deliver qualified leads to our U.S.-based Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, train, and motivate a remote team of Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to achieve individual and team -performance metrics.
-Oversee daily operations of the LDR team, including call performance, lead conversion, data quality, and CRM accuracy.
-Implement and optimize processes for prospecting, outreach cadence, and lead qualification to maximize efficiency and ROI.
-Monitor key KPIs such as calls per day, contact rates, lead quality, and conversion rates; hold the team accountable for meeting these metrics, and provide actionable feedback and weekly performance reports.
-Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to improve communication skills, sales acumen, and CRM discipline.
-Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to ensure strong alignment on target markets, messaging, and campaign execution.
-Analyze team performance data to identify trends, training needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
-Recruit and onboard new LDRs, ensuring a strong team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and results.
-Ensure compliance with company standards, lead handling protocols, and communication best practices.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound lead generation, inside sales, or BPO operations.
-Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably managing lead generation or sales development teams.
-Proven success in meeting or exceeding lead conversion and performance goals.
-Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven performance tracking.
-Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and motivation.
-Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
-Goal-driven leader with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
-Experience in U.S. healthcare, waste management, or B2B services is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $4-6/hour (depending on experience and leadership skills)
