Compensation: $2.50 USD per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Central Time (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Manila Time)

Role Overview

The Realty Link is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to join us as a Part-Time Lead Verification & Assignment Specialist. You’ll be responsible for verifying real estate leads and assigning them to agents across the U.S., ensuring a fast and accurate response for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond promptly to new online lead inquiries within your shift hours
Verify lead information and qualify their intent using provided scripts and checklists
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate real estate agents using our CRM system
Maintain accurate records of all lead activity and assignments
Communicate professionally via email, text, and phone (no cold calling)
Collaborate with the U.S. team for smooth handoffs and updates

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and computer setup
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Customer service, lead verification, or real estate experience preferred
Comfortable working early morning Manila time
