Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Central Time (1:00 AM – 7:00 AM Sunday & Monday Manila Time)

Role Overview

Join The Realty Link as a Weekend Lead Verification & Assignment Specialist! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring weekend leads are quickly verified and matched with the right real estate agents, supporting homebuyers and professionals during our busiest times.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to new lead inquiries during weekend shifts
Verify lead details and qualify their intent using scripts and checklists
Assign qualified leads to appropriate real estate agents using our CRM system
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and assignments
Communicate professionally via email, text, and phone (no cold calling)
Coordinate with the U.S. team for any urgent follow-ups or updates

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet and computer setup
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Customer service, lead verification, or real estate experience preferred
Comfortable working early morning Manila time
