CAD Designer (Floorplans & Rendering) / Buildout Support

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer who can assist with floorplans, renderings, and buildout coordination. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to think practically and proactively when managing multiple moving parts during the studio buildout process.

Responsibilities:
Create and update floorplans and renderings as needed (serving as backup to the main designer)
Assist with buildout administration, including:
Sourcing contractors and vendors
Coordinating with selected contractors, architects, and engineers
Tracking permits and documentation
Ensuring buildouts meet brand standards and specifications
Communicate effectively with internal teams, franchise owners, and external partners

Qualifications:
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow through and manage timelines effectively
Understanding of construction or architectural processes is a plus
Practical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

Preferred but not required:
Background in architecture, construction management, or interior design

Compensation:
$700/month | As a security measure of commitment, $630 will be paid monthly, and $70 held in reserve until $700 is saved. Once this amount is reached, you will transition to a regular $700/month pay.
