We’re growing fast and now seeking an experienced Virtual Cost Planner / Contracts Administrator to join our professional team. You’ll play a critical role in managing project budgets, trade packages, cost forecasting, and contract documentation — helping keep our builds profitable, efficient, and on-track.

This is not an entry-level job. You’ll be a key commercial tea
• Preparing preliminary and detailed cost plans and budgets for warehouse builds.
• Reviewing drawings, quantities, and trade scopes for accuracy.
• Issuing and evaluating subcontractor tenders via Nexvia.
• Preparing and tracking subcontractor agreements, progress claims, and variations.
• Maintaining project cost-to-complete forecasts and financial reports.
• Assisting with cash-flow forecasts and cost reconciliation in MYOB.
• Ensuring all documentation meets QBCC, NCC, and Australian Standards.
• Maintaining structured file control across OneDrive and Nexvia.
>> Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in Cost Planning or Contract Administration within construction.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems — tilt-panel, steel, services, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Bluebeam, and ideally familiar with Nexvia / Procore.
• Exceptional attention to detail — nothing slips past you in costings, measurements, or data entry.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and take full ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken — with confidence on video calls.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines independently.
• Quiet, reliable workspace with stable power and internet backup.
