SEO & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re a UK-based digital agency looking for a proactive and detail-driven Virtual Assistant to support us with SEO, content creation, and digital marketing execution. Responsibilities:

- SEO & Website Content Support:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Write, edit, and optimise website content (working with our developer to get it published)
- Manage Google My Business and assist with Google Ads
- Track key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs

Content Marketing & Email:
- Plan and support content marketing campaigns (blogs, backlinks, press releases)
- Manage and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand and follows best practices

Social Media Support:
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Stay ahead of trends, reels, and viral content formats
- Monitor engagement and optimise based on performance data

Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency experience a plus)
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Search Console) and SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience working with WordPress (for publishing/editing content)
- Confidence to work independently and report weekly progress
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for basic image creation/editing
- A self-motivated, creative, and consistent approach to their work

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must overlap at least 3–4 hours/day with UK business hours
- Hourly Rate: $4-6 USD/hour depending on experience
- Paid Weekly
- Start Date: ASAP
