We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys working independently to keep financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounts payable email inbox, ensuring all incoming invoices and payment requests are handled promptly.

Review, code, and post invoices to ---------- accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or answer payment-related questions.

Review subcontractor invoices to ensure alignment with current contracts, purchase orders, and approved budgets.

Monitor and review company credit card transactions; collect missing receipts from employees and post supporting documentation to ---------- .

Complete monthly credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support management with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.

Familiarity with ---------- and QuickBooks.

Strong understanding of subcontractor billing, purchase orders, and contract documentation.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfort working with cloud-based tools.
