Amazon Wholesale VA

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience managing the entire A-to-Z wholesale process — from sourcing and negotiation to deal acquisition and catalog management.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact distributors, brands, and wholesalers to establish partnerships
- Scrape and analyze product catalogs for profitable, high-volume ASINs using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, or similar
- Evaluate ROI, profit margins, sales rank, and buy box stability to ensure strong product performance
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure competitive deals
- Handle all steps through to deal acquisition and account setup with approved suppliers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Amazon wholesale sourcing and supplier management
- Strong knowledge of product analysis tools (Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
