JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! We’re Texas Care Stop 6, a children’s behavioral health clinic based in Fort Worth, Texas.
We help families by providing Medicaid-covered counseling, skills training, and family support for children and teens.

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who can help us reach more local families through lead-generation campaigns. This is not a boosted-post job — we need someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, targeting, testing, and reporting results.

You’ll work directly with our U.S. management team and our Social Media Manager, who handles our organic posts. Your focus will be paid ads only — setup, testing, optimization, and reporting.

Main Tasks:

Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns (Lead Generation + Engagement)

Target local audiences within Fort Worth, Texas (parents, schools, families)

Write and test ad captions, headlines, and visuals

Track and report key metrics (spend, clicks, cost per lead, conversions)

Suggest and implement improvements for better performance each week

Requirements:

2+ years of experience running Facebook Ads (local campaigns preferred)

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and A/B testing

Comfortable analyzing data and explaining results clearly

Reliable internet and consistent communication

Excellent written English

Experience with healthcare or education ads is a plus

Work Hours:

Around 15–20 hours per week

Must have 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time (Texas) for updates

How to Apply:

Please include the following in your application:

A short intro about yourself (where you’re from and your background)

Screenshots or a link to previous Facebook campaigns you’ve managed

Your usual work schedule (Philippine time)

Confirmation that you can start this week if selected
