We are a fast-growing commercial janitorial services company providing high-quality cleaning solutions to businesses of all sizes. We’re now looking for a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to help us scale by filling our calendar with qualified walkthrough appointments.
The Role:
Your mission is simple: set high-quality appointments. You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses, introducing our services and generating leads that convert into new contracts. This is not a closing role — your focus is on prospecting, building rapport, and securing walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted businesses.
Identify and engage decision-makers (owners, managers, facility directors, etc.).
Clearly communicate the value of our janitorial services.
Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence.
Schedule and confirm walkthrough appointments aligned with the designated company representative’s calendar.
Accurately log all activity and notes in our CRM.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
Excellent professional English proficiency required; American accent strongly preferred.
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
Reliable internet, phone system, and quiet workspace.
Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience setting appointments for B2B services (janitorial, facility management, commercial services, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Track record of consistently exceeding appointment or sales goals.
