Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales and Customer Service Agent to handle incoming calls for our family-run moving company, Moving Match. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, explaining our moving services, and guiding callers through the booking process. The goal is to provide clear, honest information and help customers schedule their moves with confidence. You will be paid hourly, but I will gladly offer bonuses for good work and booking a lot of jobs for the month. An example would be $150-$350, Bonus for the month.

What you will do:
-Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about local and long-distance moving services
-Explain pricing, availability, and what sets Moving Match apart (free boxes, transparent pricing, tailored moves)
-Collect customer details and book moves through our system
-Follow up with potential leads and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
