Cold Calling - Short Term Rentals

We’re a fast-growing short-term corporate housing provider with over 100+ short-term rental properties across multiple cities. Our team operates fully remotely with a culture built on ownership, proactiveness, and results.
We’re looking for a driven Cold Calling VA who’s confident, persuasive, and thrives on making connections that convert. You’ll be reaching out to property managers, apartment complexes, and owners to build partnerships and source new unit opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and apartment complexes in the U.S.
- Qualify leads using our provided scripts and CRM tools.
- Gather details on lease terms, property availability, and analyze deals using our templates
- Log call outcomes and follow-up reminders in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with our acquisitions and operations teams.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Confident, professional phone presence
- 1+ year of cold-calling or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Quiet home workspace
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST / CST / PST)

Preferred (but not required)
* Familiarity with short-term rentals, Airbnb, or real estate leasing
* Experience working with U.S. clients
