What You’ll Be Doing
• Create accurate, timely estimates for post-construction cleaning projects.
• Review and extract key info from blueprints, bid documents, and job specs.
• Work closely with project managers, admin, and field teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Support back-office operations such as billing, invoicing, and payroll coordination.
• Help improve internal systems and workflows using tools like Excel, automation, and AI (where applicable).

Ideal Candidate Has…
• 3–5+ years of estimating experience (ideally in cleaning, construction, or facility services).
• Proficiency reading construction documents, blueprints, and job specs.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, dashboards, data analysis, etc.).
• Familiarity with back-office functions: invoicing, basic payroll coordination, vendor relations.
• Experience optimizing workflows (bonus if familiar with Lean, 5S, or systems like ClickUp, Airtable, etc.).
• Comfort in a hybrid role: mostly estimating, but occasionally helping with admin and systems.
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills across teams and time zones.
• Tech-forward mindset: you’re open to using automation or AI tools to make your work more efficient.
