I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent assistant to support both my personal life and business. I run a fast-paced online coaching company focused on lifestyle, mindset, and identity work — and I need someone who can help me stay organized, grounded, and ahead of schedule.
You’ll be my go-to person for managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything flowing — from scheduling and inbox support to light business admin tasks. You’ll help protect my time and energy so I can stay focused on creating, coaching, and leading.

Responsibilities:
Personal Tasks-
Manage my calendar and appointments
Schedule wellness, travel, and personal commitments
Handle online orders (groceries, gifts, etc.)
Organize subscriptions, reminders, and bill payments
Maintain simple household or personal checklists
Business Tasks-
Inbox triage (tagging, sorting, summarizing messages)
Upload and organize content to Google Drive + Notion
Coordinate with my team (video editor, copywriter, community manager)
Light research (podcast guests, event logistics, resources)
Create and manage task lists in Notion
Send follow-up messages, track projects, and update timelines
