We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Web Designer/Developer to join our team long-term. If you love turning design concepts into beautiful, high-performing websites, this role is for you.
Position Overview
We’re seeking someone who can handle the entire website process—from design concept to launch and maintenance. You should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to take ownership of each project with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Design and build custom websites using WordPress + Elementor.
Set up and configure domains, DNS, and hosting environments.
Implement tracking pixels, analytics tags, and conversion tracking.
Create landing pages quickly and efficiently using WordPress or GoHighLevel.
Customize sites using PHP, CSS, and JavaScript when needed.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve hosting, plugin, and performance issues.
Maintain, update, and improve existing client websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand and design consistency.
Required Skills
- Expert in WordPress and Elementor
- Strong understanding of DNS, hosting setup, and site migration
- Basic knowledge of PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience installing and managing tracking pixels (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Strong eye for design and UX
- Ability to build pages quickly and accurately
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with GoHighLevel landing page builder
Familiarity with Next.js or React
Knowledge of basic automations, integrations and bananas
Graphic design or branding experience
