SEO Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with a proven track record in white-hat, organic link building. The ideal candidate will be an expert in securing high-quality backlinks without relying on paid placements, focusing instead on content, outreach, and genuine relationship development. You will be instrumental in improving our search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute a comprehensive, non-paid link building strategy focused on securing authoritative, relevant, and high-quality backlinks.
• Identify high-quality, relevant websites for potential link opportunities through meticulous research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct highly personalized outreach (email, social media, etc.) to webmasters, bloggers, and journalists to pitch content, request link insertions, and build strategic partnerships.
• Create and manage content assets specifically designed to attract backlinks (e.g., in-depth guides, original research, case studies, infographics, "linkable assets").
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure new content is optimized for link potential.
• Report on link building progress, domain authority, and organic ranking improvements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum [2-3] years of experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a dedicated focus on link building.
• Demonstrable success in securing high-authority backlinks using only organic, unpaid methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach.
