Media Buyer

We’re seeking a results-driven Media Buyer & AI Ad Creative Specialist to launch and manage paid ad campaigns specifically for service-based business. One Niche.

This role requires deep understanding of lead generation, direct response copywriting, and how to leverage ChatGPT and internal SOPs to create compelling, conversion-focused ad creatives that fill calendars with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage, and scale lead generation ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Create scroll-stopping ad creatives (text + idea for image/video) using ChatGPT and proven frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
• Follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to research audiences, write angles, and test offers.
• Optimize campaigns to drive down CPL (Cost Per Lead) and increase appointment bookings for service-based clients.
• Continuously monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives to maximize results.
• Maintain organized performance reports, creative logs, and testing data.
• Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and account managers as needed.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses (local or online).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (TikTok and YouTube Ads a plus).
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools to ideate and write high-converting copy.
• Strong understanding of ad metrics: CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, cost per appointment, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or Calendly for tracking lead outcomes.
• Organized, analytical, and able to follow clear SOPs while contributing new insights.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with industries like real estate, mortgage, insurance, legal, or wellness
• Ability to create or collaborate on ad visuals (Canva or Loom-based ideas)
• Experience with split testing, retargeting, and funnel strategy
