Lead Full-Stack Developer/Senior Software Engineer

Our vision is to create the “AI Brain for Recruitment” - a web-based SaaS platform that uses AI, automation, and voice agents to streamline job creation, candidate sourcing, matching, and hiring decisions across the recruitment lifecycle.

What We’re Building

A scalable, web-based SaaS platform that:

Uses AI to optimise job descriptions (JDs) for market competitiveness, diversity, and candidate alignment.

Matches recruiters and candidates to roles using intelligent automation and data-driven scoring.

Features voice and chat-based agents to guide users, automate feedback loops, and enhance engagement.

Provides real-time market insights (supply, demand, salary benchmarks) and analytics for recruiters and clients.

Includes a multi-tenant commercial engine with recruiter payments, licensing tiers, and client billing.

Who We’re Looking For

A technology partner or senior developer collaborator who can architect and deliver a scalable MVP, then continue into full platform development of the tech roadmap.

Must Have:

Proven experience developing SaaS platforms (ideally in recruitment, HR tech, or data-heavy applications).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js or Python (FastAPI).

Experience integrating AI and automation workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, or custom ML pipelines).

Understanding of database architecture (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, etc.) and API integrations.

Ability to build secure, scalable multi-tenant applications (authentication, permissions, audit logs).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with voice or conversational AI (speech-to-text, TTS, chat agents).

Experience in HR, ATS, or recruitment systems.

Cloud DevOps experience (AWS / Azure).

Interest in long-term partnership and product ownership.

What You’ll Do

Lead the technical design and development of the MVP.

Architect the platform for scalability, modularity, and security.

Integrate AI-driven workflows for JD enhancement, CV matching, and recruiter automation.

Collaborate closely with the founder(s) on product direction, feature planning, and roadmap.

Build and manage a small dev team as the product scales.
