About the Role
Chloe™ is an AI-powered receptionist and coordination system used by property management, construction, and field-service companies to manage inbound calls, schedule work, and streamline communication.

We’re hiring confident communicators and skilled closers to handle pre-booked warm calls from our appointment-setting team. You’ll run short 12-minute “fit calls,” qualify prospects, and move them toward demos or signed contracts. There’s no cold calling every call on your calendar is pre-scheduled with a decision-maker who has already expressed interest.
To ensure full coverage across all time zones, we operate two national closer groups working structured 35–40-hour schedules each week.

Group Shift Structure (All Times EST)

Group A Eastern & Mountain Coverage (Morning–Afternoon Shift)
• Shift: 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST
• Local Coverage: 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Eastern, then 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Mountain
• Markets: NY, FL, GA, NC, PA, CO, AZ, UT, NM
• Focus: Morning and mid-day demos, early contract closes, and regional follow-ups

Group B — Central & Pacific Coverage (Midday–Evening Shift)
• Shift: 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. EST
• Local Coverage: 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Central, then 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Pacific
• Markets: TX, IL, MO, KS, OK, CA, WA, OR, NV
• Focus: Afternoon demo cycle, Pacific follow-ups, and national contract rollouts
Monday and Friday (10 a.m.–12 p.m. EST) are light follow-up and pipeline-review blocks.

What You’ll Do
• Run 12-minute discovery calls with pre-booked leads from Chloe’s setter team.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and present Chloe™ AI as the automation solution.
• Transition qualified prospects to demos or direct contract signings using structured next-step CTAs.
• Maintain professional pacing and concise objection handling (?15 seconds average).
• Send short, clear recap emails within 20 minutes of each call.
• Log calls and outcomes in ClickUp CRM; maintain real-time calendar accuracy in Calendly.
• Protect the high-show windows (10–2 local time) and ensure every prospect gets same-day follow-up.
