Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our chiropractic team as a part-time Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our chiropractic services and enhancing our clinic's visibility within the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Hours of Work: Part-time, 20 hours per week with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintains and updates the company website, including content updates, search engine optimization, and monitoring website analytics.
• Learn and implement digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Create, edit, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity.
• Follow social media trends, share insights with the team, and advise on content opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Capture and post to Instagram and Facebook stories, ensuring consistent daily visibility.
• Manage “sell by chat” conversations in direct messages with the goal of booking calls for our team.
• Edit and produce podcast episodes, ensuring quality sound and engaging final products.
• Collect, analyze, and report on performance data for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings to discuss progress, data, and upcoming priorities.
• Attends weekly meetings with staff to discuss ongoing tasks, updates, and any relevant information.
• Report directly to the Marketing Director and Marketing Associate and execute assigned projects within deadlines.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a post-secondary marketing, communications, or public relations-related
• program.
• 3-5 years of experience in related marketing work. Social media management experience is
• considered an asset.
• Experience with relevant software is an asset, including Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Ability to work independently, problem-solving as needed.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet pressing deadlines.
• Staying informed on industry trends, marketing best practices, and new technologies through training, webinars, conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Ability to use or learn to use Canva, editing apps, and a CRM system.
• Ability to use or learn to use metadata tracking for optimizing digital marketing strategies.
