Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by our marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads using a short script (training provided).
Schedule appointments for our sales managers.
Follow up with interested leads via phone, SMS, or
Maintain accurate lead notes and scheduling in our CRM.
Attend short daily or weekly team check-ins.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent (clear pronunciation required).
Prior experience as an appointment setter, cold caller, or customer service representative (B2C experience preferred).
Confident phone presence and strong communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus.
Available to work during U.S. business hours (EST or PST).
