We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who will take ownership of client retention, onboarding, and regular check-ins. This is a key role in ensuring our clients have an amazing experience with our company.

What You’ll Do

Manage onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
Perform regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
Track client feedback and suggest improvements for better service

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Reliable and self-motivated with excellent work ethics
No attendance issues — we value consistency and reliability
Has a laptop/PC and stable internet connection
Must have a backup power source (generator, UPS, etc.)
Previous experience in Client Success / Account Management / Customer Retention is a plus
