Sales Representative for Home Service Company

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our service company, which focuses on serving Las Vegas clients. We give our clients 5-star house cleaning services and we're looking to bring more clients in. You’ll be calling and texting interested prospects (warm leads), and following up with them. You’ll use our sales training and frameworks to book the cleanings.

This is a remote position, requiring fluent, native English proficiency, and a clear accent. We prefer candidates with 2-3 years of call center experience who excel in both written and verbal communication and possess exceptional technological skills.

Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls with potential clients who are already interested in cleaning services (warm leads)
- Provide accurate service quotes using our pricing sheet
- Track and organize leads using our CRM system
- Answer prospect inquiries
- Maintain high call quality, meeting or exceeding company standards
- Follow up with leads and ensure great client experiences
- Meet performance metrics and sales quotas


You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have excellent English communication skills
- Have experience in a call center environment or sales
- Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Reliable internet connection with backup
- Headset with noise reduction


Job Details:
Full-time | 8 hours/day, 5–6 days/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM PST

Starting rate: $9,500 - $12,380 annually (PHP555,465 - PHP724,000 per year)
Plus with sales commissions + performance bonuses
