I’m looking for a communicative Customer Support assistant to handle Romanian customers via email.

What you’ll do:

Reply to emails from Romanian customers.

You don’t need to speak or write Romanian – all communication goes through ChatGPT.

Use ready-made templates and follow clear instructions.

Provide friendly and professional responses to questions about orders and returns.

What we’re looking for:

Communicative, reliable, and independent.

Basic computer and email handling skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

What we offer:

$5 per hour, paid twice per month.

Initially about 1–2 hours per day.
