Off Page SEO Expert - Local SEO

We are seeking a highly skilled part-time (grow to full time) Local SEO Expert to enhance search rankings, drive organic traffic, and optimize website performance. The ideal candidate has expertise in SEO strategy, but specifically off page SEO (citations and backlinks) Copywriting experience is a PLUS and will be considered an advantage for guest posting. We need local and niche specific backlinks that are high quality. Experience in guest posting, outreach, and purchasing quality backlinks is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve local search rankings.
Implement off-page SEO, including link building, citations, outreach, and backlinks.
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
Skills and knowledge on how to rank on AI sites as well.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive Local SEO Experience (experience with home service businesses in USA preferred.
Proven track record of improved rankings for home service - local SEO.
Strong knowledge of off-page, citations, local, SEO, and most important quality backlinks.
Excellent Proficiency in Ahrefs.
Understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
