Position Overview

We're seeking a talented and versatile Part-Time Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing e-commerce presence and digital marketing initiatives. This role combines technical web development expertise with strategic digital marketing skills to enhance our online presence across WordPress and Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development





Develop, maintain, and optimize our Shopify e-commerce platform



Build and manage WordPress content pages and blog functionality



Integrate third-party apps and tools with both platforms



Implement social media pixels and tracking codes



Ensure responsive design and optimal user experience across all devices



Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing site maintenance



Collaborate with the content team to implement SEO-friendly page structures

Digital Marketing





Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility



Manage SEM campaigns including Google Ads and other paid search platforms



Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization



Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance



Optimize product pages and content for conversion



Support social media integration and digital advertising initiatives



Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Required Qualifications





Proven experience with Shopify development and customization



Strong WordPress development skills (themes, plugins, customization)



Demonstrated expertise in SEO best practices and implementation



Experience managing SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)



Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Sintra AI and Viral Dashboard tools
Experience in the clean tech or health/wellness industry
Knowledge of Liquid templating language (Shopify)
Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools



Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices



Experience with dropshipping integrations
