The Multi-Media Production Specialist is a key support position for Jimbo Marshall.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position.

This is a long term career opportunity, with 13th month and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. In exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or P/T jobs.

Must be willing to work US hours - at least 2 years experience working US hours.

You’re ROLE MISSION should help us create a repeatable, scalable social media engine that amplifies our message and helps clients grow their visibility. You’ll bring structure to creativity—turning scattered assets into streamlined workflows, repeatable wins, and consistent, high-quality content that makes people stop scrolling.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
3+ years editing short-form and social video (Reels/Shorts/TikTok/YouTube), motion graphics, and brand design.
Built or significantly improved a content workflow (bonus: intake ? edit ? publish SOPs).
Comfortable in CapCut, Veed - or bonus for Adobe (Premiere/After Effects/PS/AI); understands color, type, composition, keyframing, and audio sweetening.
Tech-forward: ClickUp/Asana/Trello, Google Drive, Slack; familiar with CRMs (Kartra/Keap/GoHighLevel/etc.).
Organized, deadline-reliable, detail-obsessed. You like naming conventions more than you want to admit.

The ideal candidate will:
Show competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing and show proficiency with branding guidelines using Adobe CS and video motion software such as Premier Pro, Motion, and/or After Effects, Premiere and Final Cut Pro in an Apple Mac environment.
Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs after effects, including motion graphics, layout, and animation
Be able to select and use music to match the tone & style of episode/ story
Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
Ability to mix media into a complete experience (video, graphics, music).
Experience in typography, color, composition, key framing & title design.
Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated editing style
Able to follow Polishing Checklists & instructions, reducing back & forth edits
Work with a team in edit sessions to assess needs, and meet project deliverables and deadlines
Properly maintain digital archive, follow naming protocols, organize assets
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm+)
Provide your own video and audio equipment

Job Responsibilities Include:
System design: Build the end-to-end workflow—intake ? asset collection ? edit ? QA ? publish ? repurpose. Write the SOPs, name the files, set the checklists, create the templates.
Content engine: Plan calendars, pull micro-clips, write on-screen text, cut YouTube/short-form, and package carousels/reels/stories. Optimize for growth and watch the numbers.
Quality + speed: Maintain a clean asset library, enforce naming conventions, and keep turnarounds tight without sacrificing polish.
Analytics loop: Track performance, run simple A/Bs, and recommend what to double down on next week.
Team multiplier: Coordinate with copy, design, and occasional freelancers. If you’ve got the stripes, grow into Managing Editor / Multi Media Production Lead.
Turn raw assets into finished clips with captions, hooks, end screens, and thumbnails/templates.
Build and maintain our Content OS: checklists, naming, folders, templates, and QA.
Schedule/publish across platforms; coordinate with copy for captions/CTAs.
Source music, stock, and B-roll; maintain licensing records.
Document improvements weekly; ship results, not excuses.
Maintain high quality brand, using creativity to achieve level of excellence
Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing production projects to completion
Edit online content for social media, including podcast episodes, storytelling videos, and how-to videos
Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage
Create motion graphics for video
Design online / social graphics for various projects

Experience with technology & tools:
Too many to list! You LOVE technology and have a big list of platforms
At least 2 years experience with all kinds of CRMS (ex: Active Campaign, InfusionSoft/ Keap, Kartra, Go High Level, etc.)
Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, Canva, Veed
Experienced with Project Management (ex: Asana, Trello, Monday, Clickup)
Time Doctor (or other time tracking systems)
Comprehensive knowledge of Gdrive & Gsuite
Slack
