CRM / Lead Manager (BoldTrail Platform Specialist)

We’re a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Upper Marlboro, MD, specializing in homes $500k+. We’re investing in BoldTrail to manage our lead pipeline and need a CRM / Lead Manager to take charge of setup, automation, and agent adoption.

What You’ll Do

Set up BoldTrail integrations so all Zillow, ---------- , and CINC leads flow in seamlessly.
Configure Smart Campaigns (auto-texts & emails) to respond to leads instantly.
Train agents on daily CRM use: logging in, updating statuses, following reminders.
Monitor lead routing and ensure agents follow speed-to-lead standards.
Report on lead volume, conversion, and agent accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with real estate CRMs (BoldTrail, kvCORE, CINC, or similar).
Familiarity with Zapier, APIs, and workflow automation.
Strong organizational and coaching skills.
A proactive mindset — you’re the go-to tech leader who helps our agents succeed.
