JOB OVERVIEW

About us: We are launching a comedic LitRPG series starring a heroic cat and her human squire. We need a creative doer who can illustrate our characters, run daily social, and build a simple landing page for newsletter signups.
Scope of work
Create character illustrations and scene ---------- nts for social and email
Edit photos into scroll stopping posts and simple reels
Manage and grow multiple social accounts across TikTok Instagram X Reddit and ----------
Build a simple landing page for newsletter signups and connect to our email platform
Schedule content, reply to comments, track KPIs, and share weekly insights
Support ARC outreach and influencer kits
Deliverables in the first 30 days
Style guide for Mimi the armored cat and Anna the human squire
Ten ready to post image assets and two short reels
One simple landing page that collects emails and routes to our welcome sequence
Weekly KPI scorecard template with UTM plan
Required skills
Character illustration in a stylized or semi realistic look
Image editing in Photoshop, Procreate, Clip Studio, or similar
Social media management for brand accounts with proof of growth
No code web building in Carrd, Squarespace, or Webflow


Email
basics in ConvertKit or Mailchimp
Nice to have
Book or game launch experience
Familiar with Amazon KDP, Goodreads, Royal Road, and LitRPG communities
Light video editing for reels and TikTok
Project type?Part time ongoing. Start with a one month paid trial.
Budget?Please propose your hourly rate. Target range is 25 to 55 per hour based on portfolio and launch experience. Also include a fixed price for the first 30 day package above.
