JOB OVERVIEW

About U.S. Global Mail

Since 1999, U.S. Global Mail has helped over 100,000+ customers simplify how they manage mail. We’ve reimagined mail for the modern world — building the first AI-powered virtual mailbox that lets individuals and businesses securely manage physical mail online.
Now we’re growing fast and expanding globally — and we’re looking for a smart, creative, and resourceful Content & Marketing Generalist to join our marketing team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the CMO and marketing team to create content, manage campaigns, and grow brand awareness across multiple channels.
You’ll wear many hats — part writer, part creator, part strategist — helping us tell better stories, reach the right audiences, and build partnerships that move the needle.

Core Responsibilities

- Content Creation
- Write engaging, well-researched blog posts that attract and educate our audience.
- Create LinkedIn posts that drive engagement — from thought leadership to visual storytelling.
- Use Canva to design simple, on-brand visuals and edit product screenshots or client photos.
- Produce or edit short demo videos and marketing clips (for LinkedIn, website, or outreach).

Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Use HubSpot to track contacts, leads, and campaign performance.
- Pull and summarize weekly marketing reports from HubSpot, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights or ideas for improvement.
- Segment contacts in HubSpot to identify warm leads and follow-up opportunities.

Outreach & Growth Initiatives
- Reach out to websites, bloggers, and publications to get U.S. Global Mail featured in listicles, reviews, or roundups.
- Support affiliate and partnership initiatives — researching prospects, initiating conversations, and managing follow-ups.
- Assist with email marketing, including writing or editing copy for nurture and outreach campaigns.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the CMO on strategy, content feedback, and messaging tone.
- Join tea ---------- etings, brainstorm ideas, and coordinate with designers or developers when needed.

Who You Are:
An exceptional writer with near-native English fluency — you know how to write persuasively and clearly.
A fast learner who can pick up new tools, adapt quickly, and figure things out independently.
A marketer at heart — curious about consumer psychology, behavior, and what drives people to act.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team (overlapping at least 4 hours per day).

Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or related roles.
Strong writing and communication skills in English.
Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript, or Loom).
Familiarity with ---------- ---------- and Facebook/LinkedIn Ads dashboards preferred.
Experience with outreach, link building, or partnerships a plus.

Bonus Skills:

SEO content writing or keyword research experience.
Experience with email campaign tools and workflows.
Basic design or copywriting portfolio.
Previous remote work with U.S. clients.
